Jeyas Installed Extensions Exporter helps administrators create a CSV inventory of installed WordPress plugins.
Features

Export installed plugins to a CSV file.
Include plugin names and version numbers.
Show whether plugins are active or inactive.
Include plugin file paths and author information where available.
Open the CSV in Microsoft Excel or compatible spreadsheet applications.
