Creating campaigns
Users can create email campaigns from scratch or use pre-designed email templates, basic layouts, and custom templates.
Campaign editors are drag and drop, rich text, and plain text. Editors allow uploading HTML templates. Also, it is possible to use contacts attributes for dynamic personalizations.
Segmentation
Users can make segments based on contact characteristics, behavior, and other conditions. This can align email and SMS messages to the contact’s preferences.
Besides system attributes like Name, Gender, Location, and others, there is an option to create custom attributes unique to every business. The same applies to events – customers’ actions.
Automation
In Jellyreach, the automation feature is called scenarios. It allows setting up email and SMS marketing automation without any skills or previous experience. There are also pre-built scenarios like welcome messages and birthdays.
Creating a scenario (automation, flow) is made by using the drag-and-drop solution, with available Triggers (Now, On Date, On Event, Repeat), Actions (Email, SMS), and Operations (Conditions, Wait).
Delivery
Jellyreach integrates with the world’s most trusted delivery service providers, including Amazon SES and Mailgun for emails and Twilio for SMS.
Users can integrate more than one SMTP and additionally reduce the risk of message delivery.
Legal
The plugin will send your data to Jellyreach. It’s not possible to use Jellyreach if you don’t import contacts and orders, for example. Jellyreach doesn’t sell or forwards your data to 3rd parties.
