jassn 404 Monitor is a complete solution to track and manage your site’s 404 errors. It logs broken links, lets you create redirects, and provides a custom 404 page with three built-in templates.
Features

404 Error Logging – Every 404 request is logged with:

Requested URL
Referrer
Device (browser or mobile/tablet)
Operating System
Date/time (dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss)
Hit count (grouped by URL per day)

Redirection Manager – Add, delete, and toggle redirects:

Support for 301 (permanent) and 302 (temporary) redirects
Activate/deactivate redirects without deleting them
