Compatibility
WooCommerce Iugu is compatible with:
WooCommerce 5.1+
WooCommerce Subscriptions 3.1.4+: for recurring payments/subscriptions.
Brazilian Market on WooCommerce: allows you to send customer data such as CPF or CNPJ, as well as address fields number and neighborhood.
Requirements
WordPress v5.6 or higher.

Active account with Iugu with bank slip and/or credit card enabled as payment methods. Understand what is necessary to start using Iugu.

Sharing Logs
In the WooCommerce plugin administration, access Iugu settings, activate Debug Log, and try to make the payment again. If the log is already enabled, look for the order number made by the buyer.
Copy the log referring to the order number in the WooCommerce > Status > Logs menu.
Create a pastebin or a gist and save the log to generate a public sharing link.

Compartilhando os logs
Na administração do plugin do WooCommerce, acesse as configurações da iugu, ative o Log de depuração e tente realizar o pagamento novamente. Caso o log já esteja ativado, procure o número do pedido feito pelo comprador.
Copie o log referente ao número do pedido no menu WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
Crie um pastebin ou um gist e salve o log para gerar um link público de compartilhamento.
