原文外掛簡介
Live chat for your website, answered from Telegram.
Human Reply puts a live chat on every page of your WordPress site and brings each conversation into your team’s Telegram group as its own topic. Whoever is free replies from their phone, and the answer appears in the chat on your site in seconds. The visitor stays on the page the whole time.
How it works
A visitor writes in the chat on your site.
A topic opens in your team’s Telegram group, with a lead card that says who they are and what they were looking at.
Someone replies in the topic. The visitor sees the answer right away.
Reply while the lead is still on the page
Companies that tried to reach a lead within an hour were nearly seven times as likely to qualify it as those who waited an hour longer (Harvard Business Review, “The Short Life of Online Sales Leads”, 2011). Human Reply puts every chat on the phone your team already carries, so the first reply can come in seconds.
Know who you’re answering before you type
Every conversation arrives with context: the page they’re on, where they came from, how many times they’ve visited, their language and device. If they wrote to you before, the card links that earlier conversation.
A real live chat, on your site
Photos and documents travel both ways. Under their message the visitor sees what is happening: Delivered, Seen by Anna, Anna picked this up.
The whole team, one price
Add a colleague to the group and they can answer at once. Replying claims a chat, so nobody answers twice, and Won or Lost closes it as a record.
When the team is away
The chat tells the visitor when you’re back and asks where the reply should go: email, Telegram, WhatsApp or whichever ways you switch on. Every chat still lands in the group.
Make it yours
Your logo, your colour, light or dark, your font and your words, in the bottom left or bottom right corner. The chat speaks eight languages, and every word in it can be changed.
Your dashboard, in WordPress
The team, the colours, the words and every conversation are right in the Human Reply menu of your WordPress admin: the same dashboard as on humanreply.app.
See how your team performs
The dashboard on humanreply.app shows every conversation, how fast the first reply comes, how many were answered in time and how visitors rated you, by page and by person.
Up and running in ten minutes
Install the plugin, open Human Reply in your WordPress admin menu and press Start now. Five guided steps on humanreply.app: create your Telegram bot, add it to your team’s group, send yourself a test chat, set your hours and make your account. Then you’re back in WordPress with the chat on every page.
Pricing
The plugin is free. Human Reply is a paid service with a 7-day free trial: one plan per site, $12 a month, or $10 a month billed yearly ($120 a year). The whole team and unlimited conversations are included.
Your card is taken on Stripe when the trial starts and nothing is charged until it ends. Cancel before then, from the dashboard, and you pay nothing.
Human Reply is not affiliated with Telegram.
External services
This plugin connects your site to Human Reply (https://humanreply.app), a hosted live chat service. The chat is the service: without a Human Reply account the plugin does nothing.
When humanreply.app is reached
In WordPress admin, when you press Start now, Continue setup, Sign in or Open dashboard on the Human Reply page. Your browser goes to humanreply.app carrying your site’s address, the address of that page and a one-time code that brings you back. Nothing else is sent: no email, no name, no user data.
Once the site is connected, the dashboard on the Human Reply page calls humanreply.app’s API from your browser. It sends the dashboard session your browser keeps in its local storage (never in WordPress), the changes you make to your settings, and a logo if you upload one. It loads no code from humanreply.app: the dashboard’s script is part of the plugin.
Once setup is done, every public page of your site loads the chat’s script, https://humanreply.app/embed.js, in the visitor’s browser.
The plugin’s own PHP never contacts humanreply.app or any other server.
What the chat sends from the visitor’s browser
On every page load: a request for the chat’s settings (its colour, words and logo).
Once per browser tab: the name of your site, so Human Reply knows the chat is live there.
When the visitor opens the chat: a request for whether your team is available.
When the visitor writes: their messages and any files they attach; the name and the contact for the reply they choose to give (an email address, a phone number or a username); the rating they give at the end; the address and title of the page they are on; the site that referred them; their browser’s language; whether they are on a phone or a computer; and how many times they have visited.
While a conversation is open: when the visitor is typing, when they have read a reply, and when they leave the page or come back.
What it keeps in the visitor’s browser
The chat sets no cookies. Local storage holds a random visitor ID, a visit count, the open conversation and a copy of the chat’s settings. Session storage holds the page that first brought the visitor to your site and a mark that the site’s name was already sent.
Where else it goes
Your team’s logo and photos load from Human Reply’s storage provider, Supabase (supabase.co), whose terms of service are at https://supabase.com/terms and privacy policy at https://supabase.com/privacy
Human Reply relays every message to your own Telegram group and back. Neither the plugin nor the chat calls Telegram from your site.
Payment is handled by Stripe, on humanreply.app. Nothing about payment passes through WordPress.
