The Hospedajes España – HOSTPN application has been created to allow the sending of the information required by Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26, which establishes the documentary and information registration obligations of natural or legal persons who carry out lodging and motor vehicle rental activities.
Key features:

Accommodation, Guest, Room & Contract management — full CRUD for all property-related Custom Post Types with admin columns, meta boxes and AJAX-powered dashboard lists.
Part of Traveller (Parte de Viajero) — create, edit, export to XML compliant with the SES/Hospedajes format, and download CSV reports filtered by year.
Multi-type rental contracts — translatable contract templates for room rentals, tourist accommodations and long-stay leases with shortcode-based field resolution, inventory annexes, per-room share links, BIC/SWIFT and payment concept fields.
Frontend contract creation & signing — admins can create contracts directly from the management panel; guests can accept and sign contracts with optional signed PDF upload; admins can notify guests of contract changes with automatic version increment.
Contract attachments — upload main contract PDFs and multiple file attachments (PDF, images, documents) per contract with access-controlled storage, download and admin deletion.
Public contract view — shared-link contract pages with signature pad, language selector and PDF download.
Frontend management panel — tabbed interface on single accommodation pages for logged-in users with Contracts, Financial management, Cleaning, Inventory, Bookings, Promotions and Monthly expenses tabs; per-accommodation tab visibility controls via checkboxes in the admin; role-based access (admins see all, guests see assigned tabs); collapsible contract cards with client-side PDF generation.
Booking system — day-by-day availability calendar with month navigation, calendar-based seasonal pricing editor, Booking.com calendar price import (paste the monthly view HTML to extract prices automatically), minimum advance days restriction, auto-display widget option per accommodation (above or below content), inclusive date selection, booking status management (pending/confirmed/cancelled/completed), guest information capture, manual admin bookings, reservation mode (request with approval or direct confirmation), configurable shortcode/block attributes for stay rules and pricing overrides, and WooCommerce payment integration with automatic order creation and status sync.
iCal synchronization — import availability from external platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb) via iCal feeds with configurable cron-based sync frequency; export confirmed bookings as VCALENDAR via a dedicated endpoint; support for both accommodation-level and room-level feeds.
Monthly expenses / utility tracking — per-room consumption tracking with configurable resource types (electricity tariffs, gas, water), per-room device registration, monthly consumption records, rate-based cost calculation, global shared devices with automatic cost distribution across rooms, Chart.js consumption evolution charts, and admin-editable utility notices.
Cleaning task tracker — per-room cleaning checklist with area-based tasks, date tracking, notes and save/mark-all-done actions; shared periodic rotation mode with server-side rendering, comment subscriptions, edit/delete comments, queue reordering, advance reminder emails, and automatic overdue reminders sent to both guest and admin when cleaning is not completed 2 days after the scheduled date.
Checkout inventory inspection — generate a per-room inspection checklist from accommodation and room inventory items, mark OK/Issue per item with comments, save the inspection to the contract, and send the report by email to the landlord.
Create WordPress user from Guest — one-click WP user creation from any Guest record, copying all personal data and sending a welcome email; auto-links to existing users when the email already matches.
Room availability waitlist — visitors can subscribe to occupied rooms and receive automatic email notifications when the room becomes available.
Bidirectional guest-room sync — assigning a guest to a room or a room to a guest automatically keeps both records in sync, including room status updates (occupied/available).
Guest registration notifications — configurable email notifications on guest registration to selected users and external addresses, with resend capability from both the dashboard list and the admin post list.
Financial management — income/expense tracking per accommodation with admin dashboard and read-only frontend view, period-based filtering (month/quarter/year/all), recurring expenses with automatic generation, payment method tracking (transfer, cash, bizum, other), guest payment history view with PDF and CSV export, tax declaration summary for fiscal reporting, and payment history with overdue month detection.
Loyalty promotions — configurable stay-duration promotions with progress tracking, target accommodation link and featured image, reward badges, and rich-text terms & conditions; visible to both admins and assigned guests.
Block theme support — shortcode-based templates for single accommodation and archive pages, compatible with both classic and block themes.
Internationalization — all UI strings are translatable; ships with Spanish (es_ES) translations and supports runtime locale switching for contracts.
