Horizen for WooCommerce connects your store to Horizen for business analysis and customer communications. A Horizen account and an authorized store connection are required.
Compatible with classic checkout, WooCommerce Checkout Blocks and High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS).

After you click Connect Horizen and approve your organization, this plugin creates a dedicated read-only WooCommerce REST API key owned by your existing WordPress administrator account and sends it over HTTPS to Horizen to configure analytics. No additional WordPress user is created. Pending credentials are encrypted locally for retry and removed after acknowledgement. Disconnect revokes plugin-owned keys and pauses analytics without deleting historical data. Deactivation retains analytics access; uninstall revokes the key before requesting remote disconnection.
This plugin connects to the Horizen service at https://app.horizen.sh. An authorized WooCommerce administrator must approve the connection.
Connection requests exchange the store address and the information needed to establish and manage access. After connection, the plugin collects and sends shopping activity, product and cart details, checkout and signed-in customer email addresses, order identifiers and status, communication preferences and supported shopping-session restoration activity. Checkout information may be collected before a purchase is completed. The plugin does not collect payment card numbers or card security codes.
Activity data is delivered in the background. Connection management and shopping-session restoration also make direct service requests. The data supports business analysis and customer communications, including email and marketing where enabled. Store owners must disclose relevant processing and obtain consent where required.

Privacy
Temporary local activity data is encrypted. Successfully transferred records are eligible for cleanup 7 days after delivery; permanently failed records after 30 days; shopping-session records 30 days after the last activity; and completed restoration records after 30 days. Unfinished processing may be retained until resolved, and cleanup depends on the store’s scheduled tasks running.
WordPress personal data export and erasure tools cover supported local plugin records. Hosted data and backups have separate retention arrangements described in the privacy policy. To request secure deletion of hosted data, email [email protected]. Removing local records does not erase all copies held by the service or ordinary WooCommerce records.
