Third-Party Script Optimization Match List (Local Rules)
Note on Scanned Needles: Domain strings such as connect.facebook.net, google-analytics.com, and clarity.ms referenced in class-site-optimizer.php are purely local URL matching needles used by the delay manager to defer third-party analytics until user interaction. They are not outbound API requests made by the plugin, but rather client-side scripts delayed to improve Core Web Vitals (INP/LCP/TBT).
