Usage plans
The Usage Plans screen defines feature access and monthly allowances only. It does not call an AI provider or collect an API key.
Free: basic listings, manual descriptions, basic search, email notifications, and no AI.
Starter ($9/month or $90/year): description generation, SEO title, meta description, and 20 AI credits/month.
Professional ($19/month or $190/year): Starter plus English/Khmer translation, rewriting, social posts, image alt text, and 100 credits/month.
Agency ($49/month or $490/year): Professional plus lead summaries, listing quality, improvement recommendations, chatbot entitlement, and 500 credits/month.
Enterprise ($200/month or $1,999/year): unlimited or negotiated usage, bring-your-own-key entitlement, provider/model selection, custom workflows, and AI analytics.
Administrators can inspect the matrix under Estate > Usage Plans. Freemius resolves the active site-license plan. Manual user assignment is retained only as a local-development fallback when Freemius has not resolved a known plan. AI credit consumption and AI-provider adapters remain separate modules.

Privacy
Inquiry records contain personal information and are never exposed through public REST endpoints. Administrators should configure a retention policy appropriate for their jurisdiction. Phase 1 stores the configured retention period but automated erasure and WordPress privacy exporter integration are scheduled for Phase 2.
Plugin data is retained on uninstall by default. To permanently remove it, enable “Delete plugin data when uninstalling” before uninstalling.
External services
This plugin includes the Freemius WordPress SDK for optional account connection, licensing, plan upgrades, paid checkout, premium updates, and deactivation feedback.
When an administrator opts in or uses a Freemius-powered account, licensing, pricing, checkout, update, or support feature, the plugin may send the site URL, WordPress and PHP versions, plugin version, locale, administrator name and email address, license and plan status, and technical diagnostic information to Freemius. Payment details are entered in Freemius-hosted checkout and are not stored by GV-RE Listings.
