Gravity9 Studios Shipping Rules for Shiprocket can use Shiprocket’s courier serviceability API to obtain a live courier rate and apply a configurable WooCommerce shipping rule.
Default rule:
Shiprocket rate up to and including ₹200: Free shipping
Shiprocket rate above ₹200: ₹100 shipping
If Shiprocket cannot return a usable rate: Free shipping by default
The plugin is intended for stores that accept orders first and manually decide how shipments are fulfilled later.
It does not create Shiprocket shipments, AWBs, pickups, courier assignments, or tracking requests.

Non-blocking fallback; Shiprocket failures do not block checkout.

Third-Party Service: Shiprocket
When live lookup is enabled, the plugin contacts Shiprocket’s API for authentication and courier serviceability/rate information.
The rate lookup may send pickup PIN, delivery PIN, shipment weight, available package dimensions, COD/prepaid state, and declared shipment value.
The plugin does not send customer name, email address, phone number, street address, product images, product descriptions, or order history for the rate lookup.
All API communication is server-side over HTTPS.

Using the Official Shiprocket WooCommerce Plugin
The official Shiprocket plugin may remain installed for WooCommerce-to-Shiprocket order synchronization.
This plugin does not replace the channel connection. It only supplies the customer-facing shipping rate.
Keep the official WooCommerce channel connection active for order synchronization.
Security
For stronger credential isolation, define these in wp-config.php:

Those constants take precedence over credentials stored in the plugin settings.
The legacy GR9SR_API_EMAIL and GR9SR_API_PASSWORD constants remain supported for existing installations.
The plugin uses WordPress’s safe HTTP API with TLS verification for Shiprocket requests.
The plugin does not expose the Shiprocket password or bearer token to the browser.
