Privacy Policy
Gracewell LeadForge stores lead information (name, email, phone, message, page URL, IP address) in your WordPress database. This data is only accessible to site administrators and is never shared with third parties.
This plugin sends anonymous usage data (site domain, plugin version, WordPress version, PHP version) to gracewell.in to help improve the plugin. No personal data, email addresses, or lead information is ever transmitted. This occurs on activation, deactivation, and weekly thereafter.

Developer Hooks
Use the gracewell_leadforge_form_fields filter to add additional form fields with a label.
