GPDF表單外掛依賴Gravity Form，所以您必須先安裝 https://www.gravityforms.com/。請確保您已經安裝Gravity Form。
填寫PDF表單取決於pdftk程式庫，這並非所有伺服器都預設安裝。為避免複雜性，您應該在這裡上傳PDF表單：linkpdfform。

限制

GPDF form plugin depends on the gravity form. So you must need https://www.gravityforms.com/. Please make sure you have installed gravity form.
Filling pdf form depends on pdftk library which is not available all sever by default. To get rid this complexity, you should upload the pdf form here linkpdfform.
