GooTracking is a plugin that corresponds to the C2B situation where clients need to send a parcel to a business, like repairers. It makes the experience easier for the customer and allows the repairer to send quotes, information and can manage online payments.
Introduction
Gootracking plugin provides all shipping and client management in one plugin. It allows you to manage all customers exchanges and communications. Print shipment labels of any delivery method of your choice (UPS, DHL, Personal…), insert client label in the parcel, then scan its QR code to get all client data in your interface, send quotes and be paid online through your website. Now you can expand your business everywhere.
Integrates GooTracking
Once this plugin is installed and configured with necessary information (please visit installation section for more info), your WordPress/WooCommerce website will be ready to make you save time and expand your customer base. You’ll be able to manage most of your clients exchanges with GooTracking
Receive parcels from your clients, do your job and send it back
Your customer choose from your website the shipping method he likes, pays online. You receive the parcell and scan the label in it to integrate it in your database. Edit quotes in the plugin, your customer validate it and pays online. Proceed on the hardware and send it back through still through the GooTracking interface
Workflow:
A customer wants to send an item to your business.
Your customer chooses the transporter. (UPS, TNT, ..)
The plugin generates a label (UPS labels, Kiala labels, etc…) to be glued on to the parcel
Another label is generated with a tracking QR code that is to be put inside the parcel
Your customer can payonline for the transport
You will receive the item thanks to the transporter that the user chose
You scan the QR code
You get all the information about the customer and his needs in your back office
Your customer will be informed of the status of the repairs and will receive live updates
You will be able to send a quote to your customer. (e.g price of repairs)
Your customer will accept or decline the quote.
Your customer will pay online if he accepts
You can send back the item to the customer once repaired (again with full automatic label generation)
