New Events For Agents

Open a new ticket: When an agent opens or gets assigned to a new ticket.
Reply to ticket: When an agent replies to a ticket.
Close a ticket: When an agent’s ticket gets closed.

New Events For Clients

Open a new ticket: When a client opens or gets assigned to a new ticket.
Reply to ticket: When a client replies to a ticket.
