The following data is sent to our external service:

During document uploads: Any documents you upload are processed and indexed for the chatbot’s knowledge base
During chat sessions: User messages and conversation context are sent to generate appropriate AI responses
For payments and billing: When purchasing tokens or setting up auto-recharge functionality
