Activate ‘Foxtips’ from your Plugins page.
Manually
Upload the ‘Foxtips’ folder to the ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ directory
Activate the ‘Foxtips’ plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
Go to “after activation” below.
