The Flat Rate Shipping for WooCommerce plugin is a free add-on plugin that requires the installation and
a subscription to one of Eniture Technology’s LTL Freight Quotes or Small Package Quotes plugins. It allows
merchants to specify a flat shipping rate for individual products, including free shipping.
