此外掛可在滾動時修復管理員側邊欄小工具區域，讓管理員能夠輕鬆拖曳小工具到相應區域，無需上下移動。
如果側邊欄小工具區域的高度超過視窗高度，則小工具區域的固定屬性將被移除，並允許在底部區域捲動和添加小工具。
它可以凍結右側的小工具區域，以方便拖曳小工具進行安裝。
啟用此小工具非常容易。

This plugin fixes admin sidebar widget area while scrolling.so admin can drag widget easily to respective area without moving up and down.
If sidebar widget area height increases window height,then fixed property of widget area get removed and it allows now to scroll and add widgets in bottom area.
It freezes the right side widget area for easy installation of dragged widgets.
It is easy to activate this widget.
