FidElìt è un software gestionale CRM per la fidelizzazione della clientela, progettato e sviluppato da Gruppo Ambita Società Cooperativa.
Il software consente di gestire facilmente campagne di raccolta punti, accumulo sconti, credito prepagato, acquisti ripetuti, gift card e coupon card. Inoltre offre un supporto a 360° per i centri commerciali naturali.
Grazie all’integrazione di questo plugin su un’installazione WordPress pre-esistente, si potranno utilizzare degli shortcode per implementare le seguenti funzionalità:
– Registrazione
– Login
– Recupero password
– Logout
– Modifica account
– Consultazione punti/sconti/credito/acquisti ripetuti
– Movimenti card
L’utilizzo del plugin è risevato ai clienti che hanno acquistato il software e sono in possesso di due chiavi segrete (API Key ed API Secret) generabili in totale autonomia tramite il pannello configurazione del software.
