Eilmo Directory uses the external services described below for map, geocoding, and avatar functionality.
OpenStreetMap Tile Service
Eilmo Directory uses map tiles provided by the OpenStreetMap Foundation to display interactive maps.
When a page containing an enabled Eilmo Directory map is displayed, the visitor’s browser requests the map tiles needed for the currently visible map area from the OpenStreetMap tile servers.
These requests include the requested map tile coordinates and standard technical request information that may include the visitor’s IP address, browser information, referrer information, and other HTTP request data normally transmitted when requesting web resources.
No Eilmo Directory account credentials or listing form data are intentionally sent to the OpenStreetMap tile service as part of these tile requests.
This service is provided by the OpenStreetMap Foundation (OSMF).

OpenStreetMap Nominatim
Eilmo Directory uses the OpenStreetMap Nominatim service for address search and reverse geocoding in its map and location features.
When a user searches for an address using an Eilmo Directory location field, the entered address text is sent to the Nominatim service so that matching geographic coordinates can be returned.
When Eilmo Directory needs to convert geographic coordinates into a human-readable location, the relevant latitude and longitude coordinates are sent to the Nominatim service.
Nominatim requests are made only when map or location functionality requiring address search or reverse geocoding is used.
Standard technical request information, such as the user’s IP address, browser information, and other HTTP request information, may also be processed by the service provider when these requests are made.
No Eilmo Directory password or payment information is intentionally sent to Nominatim.

Gravatar
Eilmo Directory may use Gravatar to display a user’s profile image when a locally configured profile image is not available.
When an Eilmo Directory page displays a user avatar using WordPress avatar functionality, WordPress may generate a Gravatar image URL using a cryptographic hash derived from the user’s email address.
The visitor’s browser may then connect to Gravatar to retrieve the avatar image. Standard technical request information, including the visitor’s IP address, browser information, and other HTTP request information, may be transmitted as part of the image request.
Eilmo Directory does not intentionally send the user’s plain-text email address to Gravatar through this avatar request.
