DoKalam is a live chat plugin for WordPress that adds a customer support chat widget to your website. Install the plugin, connect your DoKalam account, choose an inbox, and start receiving visitor messages. No theme edits or manual script installation are needed.
Reply to website visitors from the DoKalam shared inbox and organize support work with the tools available in your account. Use DoKalam to:

This plugin connects to the DoKalam service to display the live chat widget and deliver visitor conversations to your DoKalam inbox.
When a widget key is saved, the plugin adds a script that visitors’ browsers load from https://loader.dokalam.com/widget.js. The widget then communicates with DoKalam when visitors use it. Visitor-submitted messages and contact details, plus technical request data needed to provide the service, may be processed by DoKalam. The information involved depends on your widget configuration and how visitors use the chat.
