這個外掛可以禁用 Ozh 的管理員下拉菜單，對部分使用者進行選擇。(Zaantar 不喜歡這個功能，但這不是個人問題！)

Disables Ozh’s Admin Dropdown Menu for selected users. (Zaantar does not like it; nothing personal, though!)
