這個外掛可以禁用管理員在新使用者註冊網站時所收到的電子郵件通知。我們開發這個外掛的原因是因為我們需要禁用這些電子郵件，但又不想覆寫 "wp_new_user_notification" 的可插入函式。

This plugin disabled the email notification received by admins when a new user registers the site.
This was created because we needed to disable these emails, without overriding the “wp_new_user_notification” pluggable function.
