原文外掛簡介

Dine Quick Sheet Menu is a lightweight WordPress menu plugin for cafes, restaurants, bars, takeaways, bakeries, food trucks and other food businesses.
Can you edit a spreadsheet? That’s all you need. The menu design is already done for you. Simply add your menu items, prices and descriptions to a familiar spreadsheet, then display your finished menu beautifully on your WordPress website.
No complicated menu builders. No custom fields to learn. No item-by-item WordPress forms.
Just manage your menu in a spreadsheet and let Dine Quick Sheet Menu handle the presentation.
You can create your menu using the supplied spreadsheet template, then either upload it as a CSV file or connect a published Google Sheet for automatic updates.
Change a price, add a new item or update a description in your spreadsheet, and Dine Quick Sheet Menu will retrieve the updated menu data automatically when using Google Sheets Live Sync.
Dine Quick Sheet Menu is designed to make menu management simple while giving your customers a clean, responsive menu experience across desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
How It Works

Download the supplied menu spreadsheet template.
Add your categories, items, descriptions, prices and dietary information.
Save the spreadsheet as CSV and upload it, or use Google Sheets Live Sync.
Add the [dine_quick_sheet_menu] shortcode to your WordPress page.
Your professionally designed menu is ready to display.

Once your menu is connected to Google Sheets, you can continue managing your menu from the spreadsheet rather than repeatedly editing your WordPress website.

Price_1, Price_1_Label – First price and optional label.
Price_2, Price_2_Label – Second price and optional label.

Converting an Existing Menu with AI
Already have a menu in a PDF, Word document, website or image?
You can use free AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini to help convert your existing menu into an editable spreadsheet.
Use a prompt such as:
Please convert the following menu into an editable spreadsheet suitable for Excel or Google Sheets, using these exact column headers:
Category, Item_Name, Description, Price_1, Price_1_Label, Price_2, Price_2_Label, Price_3, Price_3_Label, Display_Order, Diet, Calories
Rules:

Keep the header row exactly as provided.
Organise items into clean categories.
Put each piece of information into the appropriate column.
Leave cells blank where information is not available rather than making something up.
Assign sequential Display_Order numbers within each category.
Create an editable spreadsheet that can be opened in Microsoft Excel or uploaded to Google Sheets.

Then paste your menu text into the AI tool or upload your existing menu file.
Once the spreadsheet has been created, review the information and make any necessary changes. You can then upload it as a CSV or use Google Sheets Live Sync.
AI can save a significant amount of manual data entry, but generated information should always be checked before publishing.
External Services
Google Sheets
Dine Quick Sheet Menu can optionally retrieve published CSV menu data from Google Sheets when Google Sheets Live Sync is selected.
This is an external data service provided by Google. It is available in the Free version for one menu and in Pro for multiple menus. The plugin sends an HTTPS request to the published Google Sheets CSV URL supplied by the site administrator because the spreadsheet data is hosted by Google. Depending on the published Google Sheets URL, requests may be made to Google’s docs.google.com or docs.googleusercontent.com servers. No executable code, JavaScript, CSS or images are loaded from Google Sheets, and no Google account is required to connect the plugin to a published sheet. The plugin only retrieves the published CSV data needed to display the menu.
Google Sheets is provided by Google and is subject to Google’s own terms and privacy policies:
https://policies.google.com/terms
https://policies.google.com/privacy
The plugin requests the published spreadsheet URL only to retrieve menu data. It does not send menu content, WordPress credentials or user account information to Google.
Google Sheets is a trademark of Google LLC. Dine Quick Sheet Menu is an independent plugin and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC.
