此外掛新增多個欄位至使用者個人檔案，可顯示於此外掛建立的自訂小工具中。透過此外掛，您可以在側邊欄中清楚地顯示網頁文章的作者資訊，包括作者簡介、網站、電子郵件、社群連結、性別、網誌中作者的文章數以及作者的檔案存檔連結。此外，此外掛提供使用者選擇以簡介方式在頁面模板上顯示作者資訊的選項。您可以從小工具頁腳連結或是從選單以完整頁面方式連結至作者簡介。
此外掛功能包括：
新增使用者檔案頁面性別選擇、5 個社交媒體連結欄位。
顯示作者資訊於小工具中。
可在任何側邊欄中使用此小工具。
小工具將顯示當前文章或頁面的作者。
若當前頁面為部落格頁面，則小工具將顯示第一篇文章的作者。
使用簡介模式顯示作者資訊於頁面上，只需加入簡介短碼。
從側邊欄中刪除小工具將不會顯示此小工具，但會保留作者頁面。
在文字小工具中加入簡介短碼，您只會看到頁面上的作者簡介連結。

Adds several new fields to User Profile which can be displayed on a custom widget that is created by this plugin. Depict plugin is intended to show Author meta data of current page article. Author description, website, email, social links, gender, number of articles in blog and link to archives by the author are neatly shown in your sidebar. Option to show author bio on a page template using shortcode can be linked from the widget footer link or as a full page from a menu.
Features

Widget will display author of current post/page
If current page is Blog then first post author is displayed in Widget
Place shortcode on page to allow full page Author page.
Simply remove widget from sidebars to not show widget but still have an Author page.
Place shortcode in a Text Widget to show link-only to Author page.
