This plugin is an additional plugin for Sagawa Transport for WooCommerce.
It allows users to set the postage for each region in Japan based on the Sagawa Transport fare list (Hokkaido, North Tohoku, South Tohoku, Kanto, etc.). The shipping fee displayed is based on the prefecture of the destination.
