Give your clients a library of how-to videos inside their WordPress dashboard. Add your own uploads or YouTube and Vimeo links, choose which user roles see the tutorial library, and let clients track what they have watched. No front-end output or performance impact – everything runs in wp-admin only.
No plugin telemetry. Hosted videos connect to their provider only when the viewer chooses to load or open one.
Input sanitisation and escaped output.
Nonces for all actions, capability checks for all settings.
Uninstall removes tutorial settings and the current site’s saved completion data. Uploaded videos remain in the Media Library.
Privacy
Tutorial settings are stored in WordPress options. Completion tracking is stored in site-prefixed user meta for each user. Media-library videos are served by your site. YouTube and Vimeo videos are click-to-load: no provider request is made until a viewer selects Load video or follows the external video link. Loading a video sends connection information, including IP address, to that provider and is subject to its privacy policy.
