danixland-author-signature is a very simple plugin that allows you to upload a signature image to be displayed at the bottom of blog posts in single view. Since version 1.2 the plugin links the image to the author archive page.
The entire plugin is translation ready and ships with an italian translation, together with a .POT file to help you translate it in every language you may need.
