DAYS : Text field for the number of days
HOURS : Text field for the number of hours
MINUTES : Text field for the number of minutes
Seconds : Text field for the number of seconds
REDIRECTION : Select field for the redirection page after end time (if not selected a message will be displayed)
RESET ALL USER DATA : Button for reset the countdown to initial date
