Important: this plugin is being retired.
DietPress is being unified into our WPO Tweaks plugin. From version 3.0.0, WPO Tweaks takes the DietPress name and includes everything this plugin does (the full, risk-based set of options to put WordPress on a diet) plus a complete set of performance optimizations, all configurable.
What this means for you
If you have this plugin installed, keep an eye out for WPO Tweaks version 3.0.0. Install or update it to make the switch.
Your settings carry over automatically: both plugins store their configuration in the same place, so the new DietPress picks up your existing choices.
Once WPO Tweaks 3.0.0 is active, this older “core-diet” plugin deactivates itself to avoid any conflict, and you can safely delete it.
This plugin will be closed on WordPress.org once the transition is complete. Thanks for using DietPress.
