內容簡介

這是一個輕量的聯絡我們表單外掛，在每個頁面的左下角或右下角都會顯示一個浮動圖示。啟用這個外掛，設定圖示的顏色與接收郵件的收件人地址，即可開始使用。

您可以使用預設的表單，或是在「聯絡我們表單 WP」的設定中，將想要使用的表單儲存成簡碼，並在「表單簡碼」欄位中輸入，即可取代預設的表單。

A lightweight contact us form with a floating icon on all pages at the bottom left or bottom right. Just activate the plugin and set colors of the icon in settings and recipient email address and it is ready to use.
You can either use default form or use your own form by saving shortcode in Form Shortcode field in Contact Us for WP settings.
