這是一個簡單的外掛程式，可使用 shortcode 來生成聯絡表單。
主要功能包括：
Google Re Captcha。
可在後台添加所有資料，如：收件人電子郵件、電子郵件主題、致謝頁面等。
包括 AJAX 功能，因此，如果未選取“致謝頁面”ID，表單將淡出並顯示“感謝您”的消息，而無需頁面載入。
如果在設置中未選擇 To Email，則數據將自動發送到管理員電子郵件。
以下是包括的欄位（我們將很快授權添加/更新/刪除欄位）：
名字
姓氏
電郵地址
電話
信息

如何使用 shortcode：
只需使用：[cfa_contact_form]
這將使用 AJAX，並將數據發送到管理員電子郵件地址。（請記得在設置中添加驗證碼金鑰。）
請記住：
您必須添加 Google Re Captcha 金鑰。請轉到設置> CFA。
網站金鑰 (site key)
私人金鑰 (secret key)

This is a simple plugin to generate a contact form using a shortcode.
The main feature are:
Google Re Captcha.
Can add All data from back end like: To Email, Email subject, Thank you Page, etc.
AJAX is included so form will be fade out and display Thank you message without page load only if ‘Thank you Page’ id is not selected .
If To Email id not selected in settings so data will be sent to admin email automatically.

How to use Shortcode:
Just use : [cfa_contact_form]
This will use AJAX and data will be sent to admin email id. (Remember to add captcha keys in settings.)

You must have to add Google Re Captcha keys. Please go to Settings > CFA.
