小工具選項:
小工具有許多配置選項:
title – 小工具標題
preface – 顯示於小工具表單內的文字
button – 提交按鈕的文字
style – 選擇三種不同的 Constant Contact 樣式或取消樣式
safe_subscribe – 從三種顏色的 SafeSubscribe 標誌中選擇 – 由於 Constant Contact 只提供默認的標誌，因此需要此功能！
