SNS Count Cache plugin is required to show share counts.

Installation Instructions
You may install the Coldbox Addon plugin via the WordPress.org plugin directory, or by uploading the files to /wp-content/plugins/ directory at your server.
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
