ClevRank is a service you sign up for at clevrank.com. This plugin is only the receiving end: without an account it does nothing. The research, the writing and the scheduling all happen on the ClevRank platform.
The plugin talks to the ClevRank API at https://app.clevrank.com.
What your site sends, and when:
Your API key, your site address, your WordPress version, which SEO plugin you have active, and how many posts you have published.
Sent when you press Test Connection, and once every six hours as a background health check.
What ClevRank sends back:
Finished articles, updates to articles it published before, and requests for your post list and site status. Every one of those requests has to carry your API key or your site rejects it.
Names, email addresses and visitor IPs are never sent in either direction.
