Every application is automatically scored by AI against your job requirements. You see a match score, matched skills, missing skills, and suggested interview questions in your ChatHire dashboard the moment an application arrives.

External Services
This plugin connects to the ChatHire API hosted at https://chathire-server-454322969061.us-east4.run.app for the following:
Fetching job listings — your open positions are retrieved from ChatHire and displayed on your site
Parsing uploaded resumes — when a candidate uploads a PDF or Word file, it is sent to ChatHire servers for text extraction and AI analysis. The file is processed and not permanently stored.
Submitting applications — candidate application data (name, email, phone, resume text) is sent to ChatHire and saved to your hiring pipeline
Saving contact form leads — contact form submissions are sent to ChatHire and saved to your CRM
No data is stored in your WordPress database. All candidate and lead data lives in your ChatHire account.
