Service Purpose: Manages background WhatsApp API connections, QR code authentication, automated order confirmation requests, and bot webhook responses.
Data Sent: Customer phone number, customer name, order ID, product items breakdown, total price, delivery address, and API connection tokens. Data is transmitted securely via HTTPS.
When Data is Sent: Data is sent when a customer places an order via the WhatsApp direct modal, when the automated bot processes a customer response, or when an administrator tests/verifies the SaaS gateway connection.
