將簽名欄位加入 Contact Form 7
從 wp-admin > 連絡表單 > 選擇表單 > 新增標籤 > [sign] 加入 sign 標籤。
範例：[sign your-sign]
注意：請勿使用 <label> 標籤包覆。
正確格式：
<label> 簽名 </label>
[sign* sign-568]
錯誤格式：
<label> 簽名
[sign* sign-568]</label>
接著在 Contact Form 7 > 郵件 > 附件區段新增欄位名稱 [your-sign]。
