原文外掛簡介
CartScribe Order Reports for WooCommerce helps store managers send order data to a configured supplier by email. It creates two CSV attachments: a product-wise report and an order-wise report.
Features:
Daily, weekly, or every-N-hours schedules using WordPress WP-Cron.
Configurable supplier email address, email subject, and message.
Configurable report look-back window and WooCommerce order statuses.
Optional customer contact details, billing/shipping addresses, and pricing columns.
Preview and download of both CSV report types.
Test email using sample data only.
Manual Send Now action.
Email logs and a report archive.
Retry of a failed report using the same saved CSV attachments.
Tracks orders accepted by the mail transport to help avoid automatic duplicate exports.
CSV formula-injection mitigation.
The plugin does not use a third-party reporting service and does not require a paid license. All features included in this release are available without payment.
Important: WP-Cron is triggered by site visits and may run later than the configured time on low-traffic sites. A successful wp_mail() result means WordPress handed the message to the configured mail transport; it does not prove inbox delivery. Configure and monitor a reliable SMTP/mail service.
Report files include order and potentially customer information. Access to the WordPress administration area should be restricted to trusted users. The plugin attempts to deny direct access to its report directory using server rules, but protection depends on the web server configuration. Verify that the directory cannot be accessed publicly before using real customer data in production.
Privacy
When a report is generated, the plugin reads WooCommerce order data selected by the administrator and stores generated CSV attachments and report metadata in the site’s uploads directory. Depending on the configured fields, the files may contain customer names, email addresses, telephone numbers, billing/shipping addresses, order details, and prices. The plugin sends the attachments to the supplier email address configured by the administrator. It does not intentionally transmit this data to the plugin author or a separate analytics service. Site administrators are responsible for ensuring that the recipient is authorized to receive the data and for setting appropriate retention and server access controls.
