原文外掛簡介

The official, free Business Cloud ERP integration for WooCommerce connects your online store directly with the Business Cloud ERP platform. If you use WooCommerce together with Business Cloud, the plugin automatically keeps both systems synchronized, eliminating repetitive manual data entry. It also supports issuing invoices and receipts through e-invoicing.
What it does, in plain terms
After installation and connection with your API key, the plugin runs quietly in the background and handles three essential processes:
Keep stock levels accurate. Inventory quantities are imported from your ERP into WooCommerce at an interval you select, from every 5 minutes to once per day. This helps prevent overselling products that are no longer available and reduces situations where customers order items incorrectly shown as in stock.
Keep product prices synchronized. When a price changes in the ERP, whether because of a supplier update, promotion, or seasonal adjustment, the updated value is transferred to the corresponding WooCommerce product during the next synchronization. VAT is calculated correctly according to your WooCommerce tax configuration.
Send orders directly to the ERP. As soon as an order reaches a WooCommerce status you select, such as Processing or Completed, the plugin sends the complete order to the ERP. This includes customer information, products, payment and shipping methods, and B2B invoice fields. Your accounting and logistics teams receive the data automatically. If an order cannot be sent, a clear error appears on the order screen, together with a Send to ERP button that lets you retry after resolving the issue.
Getting started
Configuration is available under Business Cloud ERP in the WordPress admin area and usually takes around 10 minutes for a standard store:

Connection tab

Paste the API token created in your Business Cloud account (Options → Settings → API Integration → Orders → Token) and click Test New Connection.
After a successful connection, the remaining settings tabs become available.

Sync Settings tab

Enable stock and price synchronization, then choose how often each process should run, from every 5 minutes to once daily. Stock and price schedules can be configured independently.
For orders, select the WooCommerce statuses that should automatically trigger submission to the ERP, usually Processing and/or Completed.
If older orders were already entered manually in the ERP, set Skip Orders Up To ID to the most recent manually entered order number so those orders are not sent again.

Mapping tab

Define how products are matched between WooCommerce and the ERP by selecting what the ERP auxiliary field represents: Product ID, SKU, or a custom meta key.
The plugin lists your WooCommerce payment gateway IDs and shipping method IDs. Enter the same IDs in your Business Cloud ERP settings so both platforms use matching references. You can also specify which payment gateways should mark incoming orders as PAID or UNPAID.

Invoice tab

If your checkout collects invoice information such as VAT number, tax office, or profession, select the invoice plugin already installed on your store: Webexpert Timologio, Timologia for WooCommerce, or Greek VAT Invoices. The integration will automatically retrieve the correct fields.
For B2B stores where every order requires an invoice, select Always (B2B) mode.
You can also enter custom meta keys when using another invoice solution.

Advanced tab

Select the stock calculation formula (Stock − Reserved + Expected, recommended for stores that work with purchase orders, or Stock − Reserved for a more conservative available quantity).
Set a default VAT percentage only when WooCommerce taxes are disabled.
Keep logging set to Error during normal operation, and temporarily switch to Debug only when troubleshooting.

Manual Sync tab

Once setup is complete, click Update All Stock and Update All Prices to perform the first full import from the ERP.
A progress bar displays the status of each synchronization.
You can return to this tab whenever you need to run a complete update after major ERP changes.
After the initial setup, the plugin operates automatically. The synchronization status of every order appears in a new ERP Status column in the orders list and in a dedicated meta box on the order edit screen. From there, you can also manually resend an order if the first submission was unsuccessful.
Requirements

WordPress 6.4 or later
WooCommerce 8.5 or later
PHP 8.2 or later
A Business Cloud ERP account with API access

External services
This plugin communicates with the Business Cloud ERP API at https://app.businesscloud.gr. The service is used to verify the merchant’s API connection, retrieve ERP stock and price information for WooCommerce product updates, obtain ERP reference data, and transmit WooCommerce orders to the ERP.
A Business Cloud ERP customer account and API token are required. The plugin does not connect to Business Cloud ERP until a store administrator enters and tests an API token or activates synchronization or order-transfer features.
When testing the connection, synchronizing stock or prices, or retrieving ERP reference data, the plugin includes the saved API token in the request headers. Stock and price synchronization requests may also include a last_check timestamp so the ERP can return only recent changes.
When an order is transferred to the ERP, the plugin sends the information required for ERP processing. This may include the order ID, date, status, customer name, phone number, email address, billing and shipping addresses, payment method and status, shipping method and cost, customer note, product identifiers, quantities, prices, VAT values, fees, and configured invoice details such as VAT number, tax office, profession, and company name when invoice support is enabled.
