這個外掛程式是為了支援澳洲地區的NA所設計，以自動化會議新增/修改/刪除的功能。
它的設計目的是減少目前的繁瑣和繁重的手動表格處理工作，對表格提交者和服務機構的信任服務人員都有好處。
對於信任服務人員，現在有一個地方可以查看提交的請求和執行，而無需重新輸入數據到BMLT根伺服器管理控制台。
對於管理員來說，在同一個地方修改電子郵件模板、服務委員會和電子郵件聯繫人詳細信息，不需要在表單建立器中使用複雜的邏輯。
此初始版本僅限於NA澳洲地區使用情況（特別是FSO/Starter Kit電子郵件），但代碼的編寫方式使得現有的模板可以根據其他地區的反饋進行相對簡單地調整。

This plugin was developed for NA Australian Region to support automation of meeting adds/changes/deletes.
It is designed to reduce the current complex and heavy manual processing of forms by both the form submitter and the service body trusted servants.
For trusted servants, there is now one place that you can see submitted requests and action them, without data reentry into the BMLT Root Server admin console.
For admins, modification of email templates, service committees and email contact details can now be done in the same place, without complex logic in a form builder.
This initial release is specific to the NA Australian Region use case (particularly the FSO/Starter Kit email) but the code is written such that templates are relatively easy to adjust based on feedback from other regions.
