ANAC XML BANDI DI GARA is a WordPress plugin for the publication of tender notices for the purpose of transparency of public administrations (D.lgs 33/2013) and compliance with regulatory requirements required by the National Anti-Corruption Authority (technical specifications art. 1 paragraph 32 Law n. 190/2012).
This plugin does not support temporary business groupings.
Flexibility, simplicity, and intuitiveness are the three pillars on which this software for complete tender management was designed. By exploiting the native potential of WordPress, this plugin presents an integrated interface suitable for all users, making it an ideal solution for public administration sites "Powered by WordPress" and for all institutions that want a free, stable, up-to-date, and supported solution.
More than 1200 public administration portals rely on this plugin, including USR Lombardia and USR Veneto.

- Creation and management of tender notices via Custom Post Type (same setting as pages and articles).
- Creation and management of companies via Taxonomy (taxonomy, same setting as categories).
- Assignment of participating companies and awardees directly on the tender creation page.
- Generation of summary tables through shortcode [gare] // [gare anno=”2013″] // [gare anno=”%%%%”].
- Automatic or manual generation of the XML index file for transmission to AVCP and single years management.
- Complete management of Cost Centers (for writing datasets) and responsible parties (for front-end website).

- Generation of empty .xml datasets.
- Export, print, and copy data of tenders for the user.

- Public display of .xml files on a dedicated page: www.example.com/avcp.
- Single display of entries, with the possibility of adding text at will, documents, links, etc.

BACKUP & RESTORE:
ANAC XML allows for native backup and restore of tender notices (for WordPress site transfer or just for backup copy). By accessing Tools -> Export, the backup xml file can be downloaded (not to be confused with the one generated for AVCP, which has a completely different structure). To restore entries in another site, it is sufficient to upload this file to another installation using the Tools -> Import menu.
CHANGE OF PATH/URL FILE:
The plugin integrates a filtering system for path/url variables of files.

BACKUP & RIPRISTINO
ANAC XML permette il backup e il ripristino nativo delle voci dei bandi (per trasferimento sito WordPress o solo per avere una copia di sicurezza). Accedendo a Strumenti -> Esporta è possibile scaricare il file xml di backup (da non confondere con quello generato per l’avcp, che ha una struttura completamente diversa). Per il ripristino delle voci in un altro sito è sufficiente caricare questo file in un’altra installazione utilizzando il menù Strumenti -> Importa
CAMBIAMENTO PATH/URL FILE
Il plugin integra un sistema di filtraggio per le variabili path/url dei file.
