At8 Show IDs adds a compact ID column to almost every list table in the WordPress admin, so you can read the real database ID of an item — and sort the list by ID — without opening each item or digging through developer tools.
Supported list tables:
Posts — every post type registered with an admin UI, including custom post types
Pages
Media library
Categories
Tags and any custom taxonomy with an admin UI

Features:
The ID column is inserted directly after the checkbox column, so it always sits in the same predictable place.
Click the ID column header to sort the list by ID, ascending or descending.
Fixed-width, tabular-aligned numbers keep long lists readable.
Zero configuration — activate the plugin and it works.
Front-end output: none. No extra database tables, no external requests, no tracking, no phone-home.
Nothing is written to the database, so deactivating or deleting the plugin leaves no leftovers.
