aserva AI Chat Widget adds an AI-powered customer support chat widget to your WordPress site and WooCommerce store.
The plugin connects your site to aserva, syncs useful WooCommerce and WordPress support context, and lets aserva answer common customer questions from your store knowledge. When the AI is unsure, conversations can be escalated to your aserva inbox.
Free store scan before setup
Before installing, you can scan your public store pages for visible support leaks, missing policy inputs, order-status gaps, product-confidence gaps, and cart-recovery opportunities:
https://aserva.io/scan?platform=woocommerce
The scan is evidence-based and maps gaps to aserva playbooks. It does not require an account.

Help customers with order status questions using WooCommerce order events
Capture refund, return, and support requests for review
Sync form submissions from popular WordPress form plugins
