🗃️ Local Database Archive: Archive WooCommerce orders from any chosen date range (e.g., 7 days, 15 days, 1 month, etc). Orders will be securely transferred to your website’s local storage.

Archive Master uses Appsero SDK to collect some telemetry data upon user’s confirmation. This helps us to troubleshoot problems faster & make product improvements.
Appsero SDK is included to track opt-in usage data and process deactivation feedback. See the “External services” section above for details on what is sent and when. No marketing or newsletter subscription is performed.
Integrating Appsero SDK DOES NOT IMMEDIATELY start gathering data, without confirmation from users in any case.

Amazon RDS / Remote MySQL
When an administrator supplies database credentials in Settings, ArchiveMaster connects to the specified MySQL server to store archived orders. No data is sent until credentials are saved. No third-party service is involved; the connection goes directly to the server you configure.
Appsero — Usage Tracking
After explicit opt-in consent, the Appsero SDK sends site environment details (PHP/MySQL/WP versions, active plugin count, admin email, site URL) to api.appsero.com once per week. Declining tracking sends zero data. You can revoke consent at any time.

Appsero — Deactivation Feedback
When you deactivate the plugin and submit the optional feedback form, the site URL, plugin version, and your selected reason are sent to api.appsero.com. Skipping the form sends no data.

Appsero — IP Address Lookup
When usage tracking is active, the Appsero SDK retrieves the server’s public IP address from icanhazip.com (operated by Cloudflare). Only the server IP is sent; no user-identifiable data is transmitted.

Google Drive — Cloud Backup (Pro add-on)
When the Pro add-on is active and the administrator authorizes Google Drive, OAuth tokens are exchanged via auth.archivemaster.pro. Archived database files are uploaded to Google Drive. No data is sent without explicit authorization.

ArchiveMaster Auth Proxy — Google Drive OAuth (Pro add-on)
OAuth authentication for Google Drive is routed through auth.archivemaster.pro, which acts as a proxy to exchange authorization codes for access tokens. Only OAuth tokens and the administrator email are transmitted during the authorization flow. No data is stored on the proxy beyond token exchange.

WPPOOL — Cross-Promotion Links
Admin-only promotional banners may contain links through go.wppool.dev and lnk.wppool.dev redirect domains. These are standard URL redirects triggered only by administrator clicks. No data is collected automatically.

Gravatar — Activity Log Avatars
The Activity Logs page displays user profile pictures via WordPress get_avatar_url(), which generates URLs pointing to gravatar.com. The browser requests these images directly from Gravatar, transmitting a hash of the user email address. No additional data is sent by the plugin.

Privacy
ArchiveMaster stores archived order data in the storage selected by the administrator. It does not send usage data without consent. Administrators can decline or revoke Appsero tracking. Database credentials are stored encrypted where supported and passwords are never exposed to browser scripts.
Build Instructions
Install Node.js and Composer, run npm ci followed by npm run build, then run composer install --no-dev --optimize-autoloader. The distributable plugin includes src, package configuration, compiled build assets, and the optimized Composer autoloader.
Third-party library: assets/js/sizzle.min.js is a WPPOOL toast / notification helper (named after its selector engine, not the Sizzle CSS selector library bundled with jQuery). It is enqueued only on this plugin’s screens.
