Add the ability to add multiple Star Rating fields to Gravity Forms easily with various design settings/options.
Notification Attachment
Easily attach any file type to your notifications. Once activated, you’ll see an attachment button at the bottom of the notification settings. Click to attach your files.
Tooltips
When the Tooltips addon is activated, a tooltip text box will appear in each Gravity Forms field. Just enter your text, save the form, and it will display on the frontend.
Limit Checkbox

Unique ID
Unique ID adds a field that generates a unique alphanumeric, numeric or sequential ID for each entry. Set the ID length, a starting number for sequential IDs, and a prefix or suffix with merge tag support (e.g. ABC-{today:format:Y}-). Use the ID in notifications, confirmations and anywhere merge tags are supported.

External services
Some addons connect to third-party services. Nothing is sent until you enable the addon and configure it.
Cloudflare Turnstile – Used by the Turnstile field to tell humans from bots. When a form with the field is shown, the Turnstile script is loaded from challenges.cloudflare.com, which may collect browser and interaction data. On submit, the Turnstile token, your secret key and the visitor’s IP address are sent to Cloudflare to verify the response.

hCaptcha – Used by the hCaptcha field. The hCaptcha script is loaded from js.hcaptcha.com when the form is shown, and on submit the response token, your secret key and the visitor’s IP address are sent to hcaptcha.com to verify it.

Google Fonts – The Styles addon loads the Inter font in the styler screen, and loads the Google font you pick for a form on pages showing that form. The visitor’s browser requests the font from fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com, which receives their IP address and user agent.

Google Sheets / Google Drive – When you connect the Google Sheets addon, the plugin uses Google OAuth (accounts.google.com, oauth2.googleapis.com) and the Sheets and Drive APIs (sheets.googleapis.com, www.googleapis.com) to list your spreadsheets and append form entry data to the sheet you choose, on each matching submission.
