How It Works
Install and activate the plugin
Enter your Airgentic Account ID and Service ID (available from your Airgentic dashboard)
Enable the widget on your front-end
Add the widget container to your pages using the [airgentic_service_hub] shortcode or by adding
to your theme
The plugin loads the Airgentic script on all pages. You control exactly where the widget appears by placing the container element on the pages that need it.

When is data sent?
Data is sent to the Airgentic service in the following situations:
When a user opens the chat or search widget
When a user clicks an example question in the service hub
When a user clicks the text input field to start typing
