原文外掛簡介
Text-to-speech improves SEO ranking and increases your traffic and sales by improving the
engagements of your readers. It empowers visitors with disabilities and helps other
readers who prefer listening over reading. It allows readers to listen to your content while
driving, cooking, doing chores, exercising, walking, etc. So many books have been converted
into audio books for the same reason. People love to listen.
But let’s face it, most of the text-to-speech audio quality is subpar. They use the default
voices available in the browser and they are not good. Aren’t you tired of those robotic
voices? Then there are other plugins that require you to either signup for google cloud/microsoft
azure/AWS and you face an unknown cost. Not to mention the hassle of navigating those complicated
pieces of software, setting up the API keys and making sure to pay the cloud bills on time. This is
why we built ListenThis AI. Also those cloud providers are using the stale models that used to be
state of the art 5 years ago. The AI world moves fast and those models are now obsolete.
The current state of the art is so good that it sounds human-like, but the thing is, it
requires GPUs to generate the audio. This is why we generate the audio on our high-end
GPU-equipped servers, store the audio files on our CDN and serve it to your readers.
Last but not the least, we have the best UI and customer support. You worked so hard and spent
so much money on making the design of your website, why should you compromise on how the audio
player looks? You would be surprised to know that many paid text-to-speech plugins are using
the browser default UI. Here take a look at our audio players and tell me if you can find a
better looking one.
How does it work?
Our plugin automatically puts a audio player at the top of each post before the content.
Whenever you publish a post, our plugin will automatically send that text to our servers which
will generate the audio files. When you update the post, the text will be updated on our servers
but the audio file won’t be generated again. So after updates, you need to go to the
ListenThis AI Dashboard and click on the
“Regenerate Audio” button.
