What the service is and what it is used for:

Google Meet API is used to create and manage video meetings.
Google Calendar API is used to sync meeting times, send reminders, and manage calendar events.

What data is sent and when:

When creating or updating a meeting, the following data is sent to Google APIs:

Meeting title, description, date/time, timezone
Attendees’ email addresses (only if you add them)
Your connected Google account info (OAuth tokens, securely stored)

No data is sent unless you explicitly create a meeting or connect your Google account.
