Integration with Mollie. If you use Mollie for iDEAL or credit card payments, for example, this link automatically process Mollie payments. Data synchronization

Customers in WooCommerce are created as customers in Moneybird.

Choose the desired invoice status in Moneybird.
The income statement and VAT return are instantly updated.
Existing orders can be transferred from WooCommerce to your Moneybird account (export function).
Order information, such as product name, quantity, order amount and VAT, as well as shipping costs, are copied.
Discounts, both discount codes and shopping cart discounts, are included.
You save time, work more efficiently and increase job satisfaction.
Costs
The trial period is 30 days, then the link costs €12 per administration per month. If you choose an annual license, you will receive a 2-month discount annually.

You can always change the service level. The price will be adjusted for the next payment period.

Ook wordt er hier dan gelijk rekening gehouden met de transactiekosten die Mollie rekent. Op deze manier ben je minder bezig met de boekhouding, en meer met de dingen die zij echt belangrijk vinden.
Exporteer bestaande orders
Tijdens het installeren kun je ervoor kiezen om bestaande WooCommerce orders te exporteren. Dit kan vanaf het begin van het boekjaar, per kwartaal of vanaf het begin van de maand.
Datasynchronisatie
Onderstaande data wordt gesynchroniseerd tussen beide pakketten.
WooCommerce orders worden automatisch gesynchroniseerd naar Moneybird.
Klanten in WooCommerce worden aangemaakt als klant in Moneybird.
Bepaal op basis van de orderstatus wanneer er gesynchroniseerd moet worden.
Bepaal zelf de gewenste factuurstatus in Moneybird.
De resultatenrekening en BTW-aangifte worden meteen bijgewerkt.
Bestaande bestellingen kunnen worden overgenomen van WooCommerce naar je Moneybird account (export functie).
Bestelinformatie producten (productnaam, aantal, bedrag van de bestelregel en de btw) en verzendkosten worden overgenomen.
Kortingen, zowel kortingscodes als winkelwagen kortingen worden meegenomen.
